[CS-FSLUG] Prayer Request: Brush Fires in OK

For the time being, it appears we are not directly at risk. However, 
today's batch of grass fires came within a mile. This time, they had a 
large Chinook chopper standing by with a water bucket. What a difference 
it has made! I'm hearing it pass over the house repeatedly on the way 
with water loads. The big difficulty was an old tire dump. I understand 
the current best guess is this one was started by a carelessly discarded 
cigarette butt.

At last count, just in the OKC area, some 50 homes are gone, and who 
knows how many businesses. Hundreds of grazing acreage, most of it dry 
but tall grass, are gone, along with countless huge hay-rolls. All this 
adds up to a massive economic loss, not to mention the more mundane 
personal property which has more meaning to the heart.
