Blasphemous - no.

At the same time though, throwing stuff like CERT advisories in a
church bulletin is not something that I would advise.  It does seem a
mite distracting from what I would label the churches' purpose. 
Throwing in a mention of a free computing class taught by a church
member seems to be more acceptable, and in general encouraging people
to be good stewards of their resources is a good thing.  Nonetheless,
a church bulletin doesn't really seem an appropriate place for CERT
advisories.
