Claude, the topics tend to be rather varied, but you can filter them
out. Most people posting these are careful to use one of a variety of
subject tags that can be used. OT is one of these tags you can filter
against. Please note that it is in the subject. There are a few other
tags. I think PD is one for Political Discussion. If someone forgets
these tags, a simple reminder usually gets the problem taken care of.

If you filter these tags into the trash bin, you should be able to
remove them from your mailbox and get only what you need. It is actually
a common issue that the admins (of whom I am not a member) have been
sensitive to deal with it without removing the option of list members to
communicate as a community of Christian friends.

I hope you will be able to find a means to stay with us without
receiving the materials you don't want. If not, maybe suggest some
things that might help. I know the admins want to make this work for
you.
