[CS-FSLUG] Memory Card Problem: Lost Photos?

Sorry to do a cross post here, but I've got a problem I'm hoping
someone might have a suggestion on how to deal with and I wanted to
make sure to try to pick as many brains as possible.

I've got a memory stick from my Sony camera that had about 140 photos
on it. When I tried to import them via Apple iPhoto, it said it
couldn't. I checked in Finder and while the memory card has 127 of
128 megs full, I cannot see any files. I can't see them via the
terminal either. Sony sticks are formated as regular old FAT16.

Anyone have any suggestions on how I could recover 127 megs of data
that I cannot see via Linux, Mac OS X or Windows? I really don't care
which OS, just whichever one has the best chance of rescuing my
photos, if possible at all...

     Thanks,
           Tim
