Well, hooray for IBM!  Just one question - do they hold any stupid
patents, like a double-click?  How that got granted, I'll never
understand.  A double-click is no longer a "non-obvious" task. 
Anyway, IBM spoke properly - if their patent portfolio is any more
realistic than some other vendors, it's a good stand.  I am glad to
hear about it.

Schwartz needs to realize that OSI is getting to be just about as bad
as the PTO.  I'm surprised they haven't granted the OSI Approved stamp
for MS' "shared source".  As far as I'm concerned, if it ain't
GPL-compatible (not necessarily the GPL, but certainly free), it's a
scam.  That said, I may even have some scamware in my distro
somewhere.
