[CS-FSLUG] The Whole Thing

In light of the Mozilla vulnerabilitiy story, I was wondering why that
and other projects never release patches. That is, why do I have to
download the whole monster package, now approaching 20MB, when it
shouldn't be too hard to simply release a replacement file?
