[CS-FSLUG] Prayer request

Today is Yom Kippur (Day of Atonement) and it is the holiest day in the
Jewish calendar.
Please pray that those that are fasting and going through the traditions
will have the blindness taken away and that they will see the truth
about the futility of their traditions (some even swing chickens to
transfer their sins, other empty their pockets - symbolically emptying
their lives of sin).
That God would pour out His grace on them and reveal Jesus to them as
their Messiah -- as the only ONE that can take away their sins
completely.

2 For I testify about them that they have a zeal for God, but not
according to knowledge.
3 For being ignorant of God's righteousness, and seeking to establish
their own righteousness, they didn't subject themselves to the
righteousness of God.   Rom. 10:2-3

Pray that they will recognize their self righteousness for what it is
and that God would give them a spirit of humility and true repentance.
