Yes, but wholly unlikely. Far too much entrenched interest with too much 
money to let it go. The on-going debate about what is and is not "legal" 
-- i.e., constitutional -- will remain unsettled until someone tries 
something new, then it gets challenged and goes through the courts, etc. 
Legally, it would require only a fresh Constitutional Convention and the 
whole thing could be rewritten from scratch.

With deep sadness I tell you I expect an armed revolt in the near 
future, though I could hardly estimate the size or extent it will be. My 
contact with such as might engage in that is pretty weak. There were 
hints of it under Clinton, small-scale attempts in response to things 
like Waco, Ruby Ridge, etc. All it would take is one such incident and I 
would think the response would be much bigger this time. The Murrah 
Bldg. bombing, IMHO, was just a trial run.
