Very nice layout. I'd do something like that on my blog if I knew 
enough. The orange banner head is near the edge for colors. If the hue 
were just one shade brighter, it would be painful on my old eyes. Let me 
recommend a bit of whitening/fading unless it is designed to attract the 
very young.
