[CS-FSLUG] Short Survey - On-Line Banking w/ Free Software

I'd like to know something about Linux users' experience with on-line
banking.  I plan to talk with my bank (as an advocate) about the issue, so
your input would be very helpful.

(1) How much of a problem is on-line banking for users of free & open
source software? (scale of 1-5, with 5 being worst case)

(2) What is the biggest problem you've experienced?

(3) Would you switch to a bank that opened its doors to free software users
(i.e., compatibility with GnuCash, etc.)
