I agree wholeheartedly. I just moved from Ark Linux to PCLinuxOS preview 5, 
because the Ark Linux deves removed the Win32 codecs from xine and Kaffeine 
rpms over DCMA fears. PCLinuxOS comes with them. They have not modified the 
Xine, Kaffeine source code or rpms in anyway.
