Wow, you received this letter? I guess doing it that way makes sense and
once it was setup, would be an easy thing to work with. It's less of a
subjective opinion and allows a user to see exactly how they compare.
Anyone do a lot of stats work and willing to quickly toss the pros and
cons of this sort of method out. It seems like it could have weaknesses,
but perhaps they are negligible in real life.
