That kind of functionality isn't really available in Linux e-mail clients, too 
bad the developers focused on making a usefull application rather then "cute" 
application huh? ;-)

Maybe Win4Lin or CrossOverOffice could help you to switch her over to Linux, 
although I think the latter will remove her ability to install stationaries 
with a simple click.
