Turns out to be a procedure problem of sorts - an extra step was needed to 
make it work.  That extra "step" was available in 1.1.0, but the process 
worked without doing it.  If this makes no sense, then updated bug report 
(link above) might.  As I post this original submitter of issue has not 
commented on this new information.
