[CS-FSLUG] Invalid cipher error

Hi all, im having a problem here I don't know how to diagnose. I hope someone 
here knows.

My mom's computer is running thru a wireless router but when she tries to log 
into a website she is getting a "invalid cipher error". She's running windows 
98 that I just restored 2 days ago. 

I have no clue why it is giving her this error message, but it's not giving me 
the error on my linux box.

I wonder if the network is set up incorrectly, but I never really did any 
networking, all I did was put the wireless card in her computer and hooked up 
the router. 

This never happened until I re-installed her windows 98.

Anyone have any idea what is causing this?
