First, change the cable between the puter and printer. If that doesn't resolve
it, then clean ALL metal rails in the printer with solvent alcohol. First,
buy some Kroil oil at: http://www.kanolabs.com/ This is THE finest lubricant
I've come across!!! It not only works VERY, VERY well in all printers, but
protects firearms extremely well! You can buy it in an arisol and/or liquid.
NOTE: A little GOES A VERY LONG WAY. Anyway, with a lint-free piece of cloth,
"lube" all of the rails in the printer where there is a moving part riding on
it....also any gears you can see.

If that doesn't do it, then I'd recommend an Epson.....and ONLY Epson. How
much color printing do you do, and how much is or will be in the near future
high quality photo?
