MICROSOFT DESKTOP DEAL RILES GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS IN THE NETHERLANDS
The Dutch government announced plans to adopt Microsoft software for
245,000 desktop PCs. In doing so, it has angered officials who
believed the government would hold true on its promise to go open
source.
