I did a google on 'A View from the Eye of the Storm'
[http://www.google.com/search?num=30&hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&safe=active&q=%
22A+View+from+the+Eye+of+the+Storm%22&btnG=Search]
and got 355 hits-- so it is already widely available on the web and
would seem to be authentic.

I also found his email address from when he was President of the
Weizmann Institute [http://www.weizmann.ac.il/physics/staff/harari.htm]
and wrote to him asking if he could verify the authenticity of the
article -- I hope he answers (probably a very busy person).
