NewEgg has it for $149.99....didn't check TigerDirect nor anywhere else. 
I don't have any experience with it as all the drives I've had to buy 
for awhile have been 1T or more. IF I were looking to get one, I'd wait 
a tad longer for a SATA 6G version, as I'm sure that will be coming very 
soon. This assuming I had the newer spec. supported on my MOB.
