Though you said that it's the wrong list, I have to admit that I do know more 
about that type of windows than about M$ windoze :-) 

In Europe they measure the 'gross size', i. e. where there is no concrete / no 
bricks etc, and not the net size of the glass area. And they are using 
centimeters .... *lol* 
At least that's what they wrote on the bill for those windows we replaced two 
years ago.
