[OFB Cafe] Kiosk Web Filtering/Restrictions

Tim,

Simple suggestion:   Empty your /etc/resolv.conf, make the file
immutable (chattr +i /etc/resolv.conf) so that dhcpcd doesn't re-write
it, and then hard code the few web addresses you want to visit into
/etc/hosts.

Determined people would still be able to browse the web by typing in
the IP addresses, but I honestly don't think that's a huge problem.
