Tim,

The Weather Underground was hardly a terrorist organization;  they
never killed or injured anyone (with the exception of 3 members that
were killed when they were building a bomb), and they were protesting
the government during a time when anyone with an ounce of common sense
saw that the government was doing some pretty shitty things.

That said, Ayres and Obama have very little connection, other than
that they both live in the same city, and Ayres supports Obama's
politics.
