Whatever you want to call it.  I told Tim that I don't belong in a Café where everybody is "prim and proper" and sips on Latte.  I come from the more rowdy truckstop Café crowd where you spout your mouth off  you're liable to get punched in the nose.  Then after big brawl you forget all about the differences and do it again the next day.
