Well, there are two broadcom drivers, and at least _one_ of them should be 
blacklisted (2.6.24 kernels use the newer one, I can't remember which is 
which).  If you're using ndiswrapper for broadcom (as I am) then you 
shouldn't be using the linux module anyway.
