I have one similar, but different.  I have a 1992 Gateway 2000 Omnikey
board, weighs a ton.  Has the 12 extra function keys on the left side,
is programable and has macros w/built in memory  :^)

xev
   will show the key-codes
/etc/X11/Xmodmap or ~/.Xmodmap 
   is where you store them
/usr/X11R6/bin/xmodmap
   is an executable for setting keys
